FAQ

Where can I collect my free hat?

If you purchased your ticket within the first 48 hours of tickets being on-sale, your free hat can be collected from the merch tent on the day of the show.

The ticket purchaser will need to show ID in order to collect the hats and will receive one hat per ticket purchased.

Name changes will be reflected in this list and your ticket does not need to list the hat as an add-on in order for you to qualify.

If you missed out on the free hats, they can also be purchased from the merch tent.
